Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
Stroller Barre was conceived from a desire to craft a program similar to a traditional barre-fitness class found in gyms but with a unique twist incorporating a stroller and the distinctive FIT4MOM approach. Collaborating with various team members, FIT4MOM developed a class integrating movements inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga. This class feels like a traditional barre class while also being a fresh, safe, and effective program tailored for pre and postnatal moms.
Similar to Stroller Strides classes, instructors weave entertainment and engagement for our kiddos throughout to keep classes fun for all!
