Join us for a 4 week Mini Run Club+ session!
This session is to get you ready for our 4 week run club session, which will follow after this course in prep for the Mission Inn run. This mini session will have 2 group runs a week in addition to VOD & Strides workouts.
Group runs will be held on Wednesdays at 5AM and Sundays at 6AM (beat the heat)!
