Terms and conditions for Maternity Leave Membership
Maternity Leave Membership*
Maternity Leave Memberships offer a bundled package of unlimited classes for at least one month at $79 (customizable up to 4 months for those with longer maternity leaves) plus an 8 Class Pass at $129 (automatically charged at the conclusion of the unlimited month) which then expires in 4 months. In order to customize the term length for unlimited classes to more than one month, contact riverside@fit4mom.com otherwise the plan will default to one month unlimited ($79) and then a Class Pass ($129) immediately billed on the first day of the second month of Membership.
